I agree that if selected Mr. Eagle NYC Leather 2010, I will represent the Eagle NYC at the International Mr. Leather contest in Chicago or other designated locations to the best of my abilities so as to uphold the highest standards and integrity of the Eagle, its employees and the New York Leather Community. I also agree to be an active participant in any events occurring at the Eagle NYC until such time as I am replaced.

For and in consideration of being a contestant in the Mr. Eagle NYC Leather 2010 contest, I hereby give the Eagle, their legal representatives, assigns, photographers, employees, or persons for whom they are working, the right and permission to copyright and/or use, reuse, publish and/or republish photographic pictures or portraits of me in conjunction with my name, including audio and video tapes, made through any medium, or reproductions thereof, in color, black & white, for any purpose whatsoever including the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith.

I hereby waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished photograph or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith, or to the eventual use that it may be applied.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Eagle, their photographers, representatives, assigns, employees or any person/s, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product, in whole or part, from and against any liability as a result of said publication, or from any distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or its composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing or reproduction of the finished product, its publication or distribution of the same.

I hereby warrant that I am over twenty-one (21) years of age and am competent to contract in my own name.

I have read the foregoing release, authorization and agreement before signing and warrant that I fully understand the contents thereof.
